On June 12, the ceremonial presentation of the Strefa PROGRESS took place, the first OKAM residential investment in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, located in the heart of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a events, between 130 Ko\u015bciuszki Ave. and 217 Piotrkowska St.
\nFrom now on, the entire space \u2013 both the new residential buildings and the adjacent gastronomic and cultural Strefa Piotrkowska 217 \u2013 will operate under one common name: Strefa PROGRESS.<\/p>\n

During the afternoon event, guests had the opportunity to visit the common spaces of the PROGRESS Zone inaugurated that day:

\nIt was also possible to see a sample apartment with finishing and show lofts.
\nAs part of the event, the new OKAM Sales Showroom was also opened at 130 Ko\u015bciuszki Ave.<\/p>\n
The meeting brought together representatives of the city authorities and the media, residents of the Strefa PROGRESS, tenants of the gastronomic and cultural zone at 217 Piotrkowska St., as well as employees and business partners of OKAM. The special guest was the President of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Hanna Zdanowska, who emphasized the importance of this and other OKAM investments for the development of the city.<\/p>\n
Representatives of the company talked about the current and planned investments implemented by OKAM in the city.
