ALFA-BET POLSKA was chosen to be a General Contractor for Strefa PROGRESS in Łódź. As part of the contract, four buildings will be built, with a ground floor from 4 to 14 storeys, which will house 276 apartments with an area of approx. From 25 to 140 m2, as well as several service premises. Construction works will begin in December this year, and their completion is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023. With the handover of buildings for use in the first quarter of 2024.
