We cooperate with the Institute of Interior Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź where 14 students prepare functional and spatial arrangements for three different formats of apartments (1, 2, 3 – rooms) in the Strefa PROGRESS. Students can take into account, e.g. functionality, current trends or potential expectations of future tenants. As part of individual ideas, they can take into account, e.g. the layout of furniture or plan lighting.
– Strefa PROGRESS is an investment dedicated primarily to young people – active, living with passion, looking for work-life balance. That is why we want to get to know their needs better. The voice of the young generation which will largely live in the complex is extremely important to us and we are convinced that it will be a significant inspiration for us and the future residents of the Łódź investment – emphasizes Marcin Michalec, CEO of OKAM Capital.
The deadline for submitting works will pass in September this year and the announcement of the results and awarding prizes to the winners is planned for October. There will be financial, main and distinction prizes in each of the three categories. The jury will include representatives of OKAM and the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. The best projects will also be made available as inspiration for interested future customers of apartments in Strefa PROGRESS.
