On June 12, the ceremonial presentation of the Strefa PROGRESS took place, the first OKAM residential investment in Łódź, located in the heart of Łódź events, between 130 Kościuszki Ave. and 217 Piotrkowska St.
From now on, the entire space – both the new residential buildings and the adjacent gastronomic and cultural Strefa Piotrkowska 217 – will operate under one common name: Strefa PROGRESS.

During the afternoon event, guests had the opportunity to visit the common spaces of the PROGRESS Zone inaugurated that day:
💻 Co-working zone.
💪 Fitness room.
🧒 Playground.
It was also possible to see a sample apartment with finishing and show lofts.
As part of the event, the new OKAM Sales Showroom was also opened at 130 Kościuszki Ave.
The meeting brought together representatives of the city authorities and the media, residents of the Strefa PROGRESS, tenants of the gastronomic and cultural zone at 217 Piotrkowska St., as well as employees and business partners of OKAM. The special guest was the President of Łódź, Hanna Zdanowska, who emphasized the importance of this and other OKAM investments for the development of the city.
Representatives of the company talked about the current and planned investments implemented by OKAM in the city.
– “Łódź is a special place for OKAM – a city with extraordinary potential, a rich history and huge development opportunities. In each of our Łódź projects: ŁÓDŹ.WORK, the Strefa PROGRESS , NOW or at Przędzalniana 71, we try to anticipate trends and respond to needs that are just emerging,” said the President of OKAM, Arie Koren during the meeting.
The Strefa PROGRESS project was implemented by renowned companies: Grupa 5 Architekci (architectural and construction design), APAVia TT designandbuild.solutions i #MAMGUSTA (executive design), Alfa BET (general contracting), Uni – Form Łódź Włodek Sobczyk (investor’s supervision), and Studio Pawilon Architekci and 2×3 creative studio (interiors and visual identification).
