The OKAM developer has obtained an occupancy permit for the first stage of the Strefa PROGRESS investment in Łódź. This is OKAM’s first residential project in this city, combining modern residential spaces with recreational areas, coworking space and a fitness function, created with the comfort and convenience of residents in mind.
Strefa PROGRESS located between al. Kościuszki and ul. Piotrkowska, in the first stage, includes 256 apartments with areas ranging from 33 to 155 sq m. The architecture of the investment includes both a lower, 5-story building and a 15-story building rising from the side of Kościuszko, blending harmoniously into the urban fabric of Łódź. The author of the construction design is Grupa 5, and the executive design was prepared by APAVIA and MAMGUSTA. The general contracting was entrusted to Alfa Bet. Investor supervision was carried out by Uni-Form. The interior design of the Strefa PROGRESS was prepared by the Pawilon Architekci studio from Łódź in cooperation with 2×3 creative studio, which was responsible for the visual identification.
OKAM took care of resident-friendly solutions that improve the comfort of everyday life. The Strefa PROGRESS will offer residents a free bicycle and scooter rental, a green patio with small architecture, a fitness facility and a lobby with parcel machines. In response to the needs of people working online, the developer also created a co-working zone with places to work. Thanks to the proximity of the Piotrkowska 217, residents will benefit from the offer of restaurants and events from the world of music, culture and education. The space operating under the name Odlewnia, located at Piotrkowska 217, is already a recognizable point on the cultural and event map of the city.
