In cooperation with the Department of Investments and Real Estate of the University of Łódź, we organized a meeting in the Strefa PROGRESS with second-year undergraduate students of the Investments and Real Estate programme as part of the course “Development Process Workflow”.
In addition to presenting the history, activities and full portfolio of OKAM, the students learned about the entire process of project preparation, implementation and sales, as well as the promotional and PR tools we use and what proves to be most effective. We also showed them selected apartments, the co-working zone, fitness area, reception, courtyard and the gastronomic & event space.
Education has always been and remains very important to OKAM.
