We are pleased to announce that OKAM and ALFA-BET are starting the construction of the Strefa PROGRESS – our first residential investment in Łódź.
On March 23, 2022, representatives of our company together with invited guests, including representatives of the city hall in Łódź, President Hanna Zdanowska and Vice-President Mr. Adam Pustelnik, as well as the General Contractor – ALFA-BET Polska, made a symbolic first shovel for the Strefa PROGRESS investment.
As part of the project implemented in the very center of Łódź, 276 apartments with areas ranging from 25 to 140 sq m and several service premises will be built. The residents will have at their disposal, among others a resident’s zone with co-working, an internal green patio, a bicycle, scooter and eco-vehicle rental, as well as electric car charging stations, and a bicycle repair service.
The investment is carried out on the premises of an iron foundry operating in the 19th century, in the immediate vicinity of the entertainment and cultural center also created by OKAM: Strefa Piotrkowska 217.
Construction works around the Strefa PROGRESS will start in the current quarter, the commissioning of the investment is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
