After the successful inaugural meeting of WIREP – Women in Real Estate in Poland, which took place in February in Łódź, we continue the idea of building relationships, exchanging experiences, and offering mutual support in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
WIREP breakfasts are held regularly—on every fourth Thursday of the month—and provide a space for meaningful conversations and establishing authentic business connections among women working in the real estate industry and related sectors.
This time, the second WIREP breakfast was held at the OKAM development site in Łódź, in the PROGRESS Zone (formerly Strefa Piotrkowska 217), at the Owoce i Warzywa café. Participants had the opportunity not only to take part in a networking meeting, but also to enjoy an inspiring walk around the Strefa PROGRESS complex.
A special highlight of the program was the story of the transformation of this place—from the historic factory of Józef John to the modern residential, business, gastronomic, and cultural space of Strefa PROGRESS. This transformation was presented by the invited special guests, Katarzyna Lewoc, Dagmara Grębowska and Marta Tołkacz from OKAM, who shared insights into the revitalization process and the new purpose given to this location.
