Starting from 7 to 28 July, every Thursday evening can be spent in the company of interesting film screenings in the post-industrial climate of the Strefa Piotrkowska 217 and the emerging Strefa PROGRESS.
Viewers will have the opportunity to watch such films as: A Taste of Hunger (dir. Christoffer Boe), Journey to a Hundred Feet (dir. Lasse Hallstrom) or Chocolate (dir. Lasse Hallstrom). Film screenings will start at 21:00 and end around 23:30.
–This is an event that has become a permanent part of the summer cultural landscape of Łódź. We invite residents of Łódź and visitors who will visit the capital of the region to this year’s Festival with a blanket or pillow, but above all with good humor. A wide film repertoire will allow everyone to find something for themselves and spend a nice time – emphasizes Katarzyna Lewoc, Director of the Łódź branch of OKAM Capital.
The entire “Polówka” Festival is scheduled from 1 July to 30 September in 14 different locations in Łódź. About 100 feature films will be screened, as well as short films, documentaries and music videos.
