On the 20th of October we officially announced the results of the competition among students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź! Together with the Institute of Interior Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź – from among 14 students – we have selected the winners in the competition for functional and spatial arrangements for 3 types of apartments in our investment Strefa PROGRESS.
We would like to remind you that the students analyzed the apartments: 1, 2 and 3-room, preparing on the selected premises an original proposal of functional and spatial layout taking into account: practical issues, current trends, functionality of solutions or the needs of future residents.
The award ceremony took place at the Foundry in Strefa Piotrkowska 217. In the category: studio apartment and 2-room apartment we awarded the main prizes and distinctions. In the 3-room apartment category we have selected one winner.
As the main prize students received an amount of 1 500 PLN and for the distinction the amount of 500 PLN. Each of the 14 participants also received a commemorative diploma with thanks and an OKAM’s gift. In addition the winning works will be made available as inspiration to future buyers of apartments in the Strefa PROGRESS. You will be able to see them in our Sales Office at Al. Kościuszki 132 Street in Łódź.
– We would like to congratulate all participants in particular the winners of the competition who proposed really interesting solutions for apartments in the Strefa PROGRESS. It’s not said that our roads will not cross one day – whether they will not cooperate with us on architectural projects or maybe one of them will also find employment with us – emphasizes Anna Watkowska, Head of HR and Member of the Management Board at OKAM Capital.
